Dora the Explorer returns this April with Nickelodeon Animation’s all-new 3DCG preschool show set in a fantastical rainforest.
‘Dora and the Fantastical Creatures,’ which follows Dora and Boots on their journey through the rainforest to save the alebrijes, to premiere ahead of ‘PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie’ starting September 29.
According to the executive producers, the sophomore season is even ‘louder and prouder,’ with new characters and deeper stories centered on culturally significant experiences within the Black community such as interracial dating and Juneteenth; new season debuts February 1 on Disney+.
Season 2 of the popular animated series, based on the Disney Original ‘The Proud Family,’ debuts on the streamer in February.
Streamer announces Season 2 of its popular series is in production at Disney Television Animation ahead of its April 20 Season 1 finale.
