‘Dune’ receives 10 nominations including Best Visual Effects and Best Picture; ‘Encanto,’ ‘Flee,’ ‘Luca,’ ‘The Mitchells vs. the Machines,’ and ‘Raya and the Last Dragon’ are nominated for Best Animated Feature; ‘Affairs of the Art,’ ‘Bestia,’ ‘Boxballet,’ ‘Robin Robin,’ and ‘The Windshield Wiper’ are nominated for Best Animated Short.

VFX category narrowed down to 10 films, while animated short category narrowed to 15; voting for nominations runs January 27 – February 1, 2022.

Members will vote to determine five nominees for best animated feature film award; films also qualify for other categories including best picture.
