I have this dreamed software program or ap that i need to find.
Has anyone seen or heard from any program that can help me draw frame by frame animations? im looking for a way to draw one frame and then see it alost in transparency to draw the second frame over it. feedback would be apreciated! thanks in advance! and if you email answers im at poll0u@hotmail.com

I agree with Danimation Plastic Animation Paper is what you need.
It’s a perfect animation program, easy to get started with because the work methods are quite similar to the way you draw traditional analog animations, but of course digital and therefore also much faster.

I can't seem to find any PAP on your website....... whats with that?
Toon Boom Studio or Digicel Flipbook are both terrific. After drawing on my stylus for a while, and having never taken an art class in my life, I started using paper on an animation disk and scanning. If you're scanning paper, I'd have to say Flipbook is way easier to work with and allows fast pencil testing of your drawings.
A good resource for software and hardware for this stuff is Cartoon Supplies or Lightfoot Ltd., both run by an educator who taught animation to his high school students and to adults entering the animation field, and with great success. He's got great stuff.
