What Tablet is good for use in Maya?

Hey guys! I recently got into animating in Maya about 3 months ago, since then, I have been learning the software in my spare time through books and forums.

I have read from multiple sources that say it is much easier to animate using a wacom tablet. Now, my question to you guys is, which one would best fit my needs? I have around $250 to spend, and I have no idea which one to get. I really am not sure if I would prefer a small, medium, or large, either. A medium sounds ideal, but I'm not sure.

One thing that is really important to me are the Express Keys featured on the sides. I feel like it would speed up my workflow, and without them, there is no point of having a tablet then because I would spend a significant amount of my time moving aside the tablet to hold down alt, shift, and other keys to pan and such.

UPDATE: I've been doing a bit of research, and I found this Wacom Intuos 5 for $136

Apparently, there aren't many differences between this and the Wacom Intuos Pro Line, which is $226, a significant price increase.

What do you guys think?

My understanding of Wacom

My understanding of Wacom tables are that they are in three different groups. Bamboo, which is their less expensive, Wacom and Cintiq, which is expensive. They can all work so the biggest differnet bewteen them are the buttons.  I think you can get which ever one you wont and it should work just fine.

Intuos 5

I think I will go with the Wacom Intuos 5, but I just gotta talk to my folks about it first. Thanks!

Changed My Mind

Actually, I decided to order the Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch Small, which is $75. This is because I plan on upgrading my system soon, with a 23" Monitor and a new Desktop, and small tablets don't go well with bigger monitors, or so I've heard. Plus, I have heard that these tablets are not for everyone, so I figured I should give it a try first, with a cheaper version.
