Looking for freelance animator: cartoon animation/illustration

Hi there,

I am looking for a freelance animator to work on a average size commission for a short project.

I would require some animation and some illustration in a 2D 'cartoon' style.' The project is based on fantasy and folklore so I am looking for someone who can bring my ideas to life.

I am looking for a detailed illustrated scene, avatar artwork and a 30s 2D animation. This work is paid flatrate
