Long time, no post! (o: how's everyone doing? Life has been very busy for me with work and directing a new film.. but i thought i would post this and show you guys what i have been working on for the past year..check it out.
i have one shot in the trailer, its Aslan (the lion) jumping at the the camera, its a big bad 13 frames, so don't blink! haha
I have also been directing (with my brother) a live action/visual effects/character animation scifi film...how's that for a description! There is nothing but a few still frames on the website right now (so no comments on the site!) we are getting ready to shoot pickups in a month, then i will add more to the site.
hope you guys are all doing well!

Hey Matt,
Yeah long time, but you've been busy so thats understandable. Shawn tells me you got the old Firefly set to film you're sci-fi film. Thats awsome. I'm looking foward to seeing it and Narnia.

yeah, we didn't shoot on the firefly itself, it was a set they used for the episode "bushwacked", but it was alot of fun, we are back there in 3 weeks, so we are going crazy trying to get everything ready, say hi to shawn for me!

i think the lion looked very impressive. Kudos to you.
Don't do nothing because you can't do everything.
the lion was awesome. did you work on more stuff that gets into the final film cut?
hey everyone, thanks, yeah the lion looks great, and the shots in the trailer are nothing compared to what you are gonna see in the end, i wish i could take credit for him, but we have an amazing team here working on him, i just make him act. (o: (which is the best part in my opinion!)
uncle phil- oh yes, i have alot of other stuff in the film. that one just happen to be in the trailer. i was one of the first 3 animators (other than the leads and sups) on the show, so i've been on it for awhile. Most of my shots are of aslan right now. but we are also working on the large battle scene. Its been pretty challenging from an animation stand point, but i think its going to be some really good stuff for me in the end. Hopefully the movie will be good in the end as well, the director seems to have a good head on his shoulders. He extended some of my shots for acting choices, which makes him great in my book! what animator doesn't like getting more screentime! (o:
