$5000 Budget!
looking for a flash animator or studio that can rock out a series of animated 90 second shorts for mobile content!
we can provide pencils and colors is needed but a one stop shop would be great for the limited budget!
we've got $5K to produce 2 - 90 second episodes to pitch... looking for more high quality, high concept art with less cels...
