animation help?

Hey Guys,

Not sure if I’ve put this in the right thread!

I have been writing animation scripts for a while and was working with a production company locally to where I live, we would read each others script, comment and point ways forward of what needed changing, adding, etc. One of my scripts was storyboarded and was going to be entered into the aniboom competition, but due to various different events we couldn’t carry on.

Now I don’t have anyone to look at my scripts and give me a bit of a helping hand!! I am a rubbish drawer and don’t find any enjoyment in trying to draw what I see in my head, that’s why I write ;)

So I thought maybe there were some animation students/everyday people who I could work with and see if they wanted to look at my scripts and work from them as I’d like to get a reel/credits for myself to show how my short scripts look and say that I wrote that script.

I was thinking of putting my scripts up on scribd.com, sort of getting a portfolio going with my scripts, but am dubious as I feel people will not credit me if they do like the script and decide to animate from it!
