Controller rotation problem in MAX

Hi,

We are using max 10 and doing a rig for a simple boy character.

We have assigned a controller to control the the wrist bone.
When we rotate the controller the bone rotates in the reverse direction.

Can anyone give a solution for the same..... ?

Axis direction

First you change the axis direction. i.e bone X = controller X ....as it is Y & Z.
