The Kiffness - Pushin On Animated Music Video
Myself and my buddies Keenan and Malan animated a music video for David and Shandu of the band The Kiffness here is the video below. David and Mike came up with the story and we story boarded ideas, made an animatic and animated. We animated keys on paper traditionally with light box and peg-bar, scanned our frames and inked and did our inbetweens and colouring in toonboom. Backgrounds were a combination of traditional and painterly photoshop.
Managed to pull this off on a tight deadline 1 month and about 15ish days.
