Warner Bros. have picked up the rights to the British TV series RENT-A-GHOST to transform it into a feature film for Russell Brand, reports Deadline.com. The story follows a recently-deceased slacker who sets out to make more of his afterlife than he did while alive by starting a ghost rental agency. Bob Block created the series, which ran on BBC1 from 1976-1984. Langley Park's Kevin McCormick, BermanBraun's Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun are the producers with Brand exec producing.
