Summit Entertainment, Participant Media and Imagenation Abu Dhabi have picked up the rights to the news piece about what led up to the oil rig explosion, which resulted in the worst ecological disaster in history. David Barstow, David Rohde and Stephanie Saul wrote the article. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is set to produce the film.
