V&S Entertainment, producer of hit pre-school animation "Everything’s Rosie," is further extending its European licensing program after signing a deal with top licensing agency CPLG France.

V&S Entertainment, producer of hit pre-school animation Everything’s Rosie, is further extending its European licensing program after signing a deal with top licensing agency CPLG France. The deal comes just days after a deal was signed in Italy with Starbright SRL.
France Television commenced broadcast of the first series of Everything’s Rosie in February 2012, Monday to Friday at 7.40am on ZouZous Kids, part of France Television’s subsidiary channel, France 5. Rosie is airing under the title La Vie de Rosie.
"With its playful storylines and central themes of friendship and fun, La Vie de Rosie has a strong appeal to children and parents in France and we are confident that our new licensing programme will be a hit with French consumers and retailers alike," explains Marina Narishkin, Managing Director at CPLG France. "There is already a very successful pre-school licensing market in France and our new "La Vie de Rosie" products will be a strong addition."

The French licensing program will launch in Spring 2013. V&S is looking to replicate the success of the UK and Spanish programs, with over 40 licensees now signed across sectors such as toys, DVDs, publishing, puzzles and board games through major licensees including Vivid Imaginations, Egmont, NBC Universal, GB eye, Worlds Apart, Zap and Zeon in the UK; and Giochi Preziosi Spain, Random House Mondadori, Panini, Saica, Educa and DIVISA RED in Spain.
