History’s first family from the 2013 CG-animated feature directed by Kirk DeMicco and Chris Sanders returns for season four exclusively on Netflix.
History’s favorite first family is back for a new season of the DreamWorks Animation family sitcom Dawn of the Croods, launching on Netflix on July 7, and AWN has an exclusive clip and new images to share!
Based on the 2013 CG-animated feature The Croods, directed by Kirk DeMicco and Chris Sanders, the 2D-animated Dawn of the Croods contends with a host of modern-day problems as they occur in history for the first time ever.
In season four, things get even more complicated for our first family as the Croods witness the first-ever “try-all,” attempt to make peace with the conniving Broods and other beastly neighbors, and face a fast-approaching meteorite that could lead to ultimate doom! The Croods encounter more terrifyingly strange creatures, including the hybrid babies of the massive Tyrannoconda and giant Chickuna, and “Beary” the Bear Owl cub as they tackle new prehistoric adventures and more surprises in Season 4 of Dawn of the Croods.
Babysitting in the Croods era was definitely a lot more literal than it is today. Sandy becomes so tired of being sat on, she does something no one has ever seen her do before in “No One Puts Sandy Under a Butt.” Watch the exclusive clip in the player below, and check out “Eep Explains It All” further down:
Eep fills us in on the aftermath of The Croo-gitive (AKA Grug), who was accused of robbing food from everyone’s caves!
The voice cast for Dawn of the Croods includes Dan Milano, Cree Summer and Stephanie Lemelin, as well as Saturday Night Live alums Chris Parnell, Ana Gasteyer and Laraine Newman. The series is executive produced by Brendan Hay (Robot Chicken, The Simpsons), and is animated in Korea at EMation, NE4U and Dong Woo Animation.
