Jodie Foster has joined the cast of Neill Blomkamp's ELYSIUM, reports Deadline.com. Foster will perform besides Matt Damon and Sharlto Copley. The follow-up to Blomkamp's DISTRICT 9 is being produced by Media Rights Capital and Simon Kinberg. The plot for sci-fi flick is hush-hush.
