The third season of Ludorum’s "Chugginton" series is set to premiere on Disney Junior on March 26.

LONDON, UK – Ludorum plc announced that the third season of its popular, train-based preschool series, Chuggington, will hit the airwaves on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 7:30 a.m. EST on Disney Junior, Disney Channel’s programming block designed for kids age 2-7 and their families. Disney Channel is currently available on basic cable in over 99 million U.S. homes. The 13 new half-hour episodes will also air daily on the new 24-hour Disney Junior basic cable and satellite channel launching on March 23, 2012 in the U.S. Chuggington will premiere on the Disney Junior channel on March 26, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. EST.
“We are very happy that children and their parents will now be able to watch Chuggington throughout the day on both the Disney Junior programming block and the new Disney Junior channel,” said Dick Rothkopf, Chairman of Ludorum. “We think our fans will be thrilled to meet three new characters: Piper, a new Trainee, Decka, a double decker Chugger who works in the city, and Skylar, a new trainer with a very “wheels on” teaching style.”
Starting March 23, Chuggington will air weekdays at 7:30 a.m. during the Disney Junior programming block on Disney Channel and at 1:30 p.m. on the Disney Junior channel. On the weekends, families can tune into Chuggington at 7:30 a.m. on the Disney Junior channel.
Chuggington is designed to help children develop social and emotional skills and is licensed to more than 178 territories worldwide, translated into 27 languages, and continues to garner successful ratings in key international markets, including the UK (BBC - CBeebies), Germany (Super-RTL), France (TF1), Australia (ABC) and Canada (Treehouse).
