VILLE D’AVRAY, FRANCE – Le Regard Sonore, Piwi + and 2 Rives TV have announced the upcoming release of season one of animated series Story Time! on October 23rd on Piwi+ (Canal + Group). Production on season two is already underway at Le Regard Sonore’s studios.
The series, aimed at preschool and family audiences, is comprised of 26 13-minute episodes. Worldwide distribution for both seasons is being handled by Superights.
Story Time! takes children on an adventure around the world to discover countries and their cultures through little known legends and stories. Enriched by thorough and meticulous historical research, the whole family will discover words, customs, places, and sounds of traditional instruments. The series features surprising characters, enchanting music and is full of poetry, mysteries, tenderness and humor.
This series has received the support of the CNC, ANGOA and PROCIREP and the participation Cofinova 12. The program has already been acquired by TV5, VRT, ERR, Ceska TV and 2M.
