Jaffe/Braunstein Entertainment's Howard Braunstein is also exec producing.
The story follows deceased cop Hopkirk's return from the dead in an effort to help his partner Randall.
Dennis Spooner created the original series, which starred Mike Pratt and Kenneth Cope.
