LOS ANGELES -- A Squared Entertainment (A2), an international children’s entertainment company, and Tata Elxsi, part of the 70 Billion USD Tata Group, India’s largest and most respected business conglomerate, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create a joint venture today at Tata Elxsi’s headquarters in Bangalore, India. Together, they will create, develop and distribute original brands, including animated entertainment and digital gaming.

Tata Elxsi’s Visual Computing Lab (VCL) has been associated with award-winning animation and VFX projects for motion pictures, television programs and TV commercials. It leverages a large talent pool including Academy and National award-winning and BAFTA nominated creative personnel, and multi-site production capabilities through world-class studios in India and Los Angeles. Tata Elxsi also brings game development experience across multiple platforms.
