Len Wiseman is in closing talks to helm a remake of TOTAL RECALL, reports VARIETY. SALT's Kurt Wimmer will pen the script for Columbia Pictures. The original film was based on Philip K. Dick's short story WE CAN REMEMBER IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE.
Original Film's Neal Mortiz will produce. Columbia president Matt Tolmach and Sam Dickerman are shepherding the project with Toby Jaffe doing the same for Original.
