Complete with washboard abs, the intergalactic duo is rendered in a graphic anime style in the new Season 4 teaser for the hit series created by Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland.
Adult Swim has unveiled a brand-new teaser for the upcoming fourth season of its hit animated series, Rick and Morty, and things are looking a little different for TV’s favorite intergalactic heroes.
Rendered in a graphic anime super hero style, the dysfunctional duo delivers a wallop in the new 15-second teaser. And, are those... washboard abs?

While a premiere date for Season 4 of Rick and Morty has yet to be announced, fans can rest easy knowing that the Starburns Industries-produced series has already been picked up for another whopping 70 episodes, which will push series past the venerable 100-episode mark.
As Mr. Poopybutthole himself warned viewers last year, fans shouldn’t expect Season 4 for “a year-and-a-half or more.” While a premiere date is still to be announced, the new season is widely expected to air sometime in 2019, even as series creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland revealed earlier this year that they’re still writing episodes. But with a whopping 70 episodes in the pipeline, we can all rest easy that there will plenty of Rick and Morty for everyone for years to come.
