Some one give me guidance

Hi, i am from India.For the past seven years i am in animation field doing mostly 3d modeling works in max. But my real intrest is in compositing.I hope i can excel in compositing. so i am thinking of entering compositing with a detailed course in shake. I want to join some reliable Institute out side India who offer job assistance along with the course.The purpose is to get a job there.I prefere to go to any part of the world with english as teaching language.I am desprately looking for a job in compositing.so please give your suggestion. note that i have done two demo works in Combustion.
