Thank you Cartuneman, I've seen your stuff and its awsome, I'm honored that you like mine. Yes it will be done in flash, or toonboom animate if I can get my hands on it. I am in pre-production , these characters will be part of a webisode I'm currently working on, I hope to have the pilot finished within the next 8 months. I will post work as it is in progress, any feedback would be very much appreciated.
Your strongest character design is Carolanne. Her personality really shows in her reference sheet. And I like your style direction. I think you can push Charlie's expressions more, especially lust and surprise.
I like to look at expression memes for inspiration, for example this one by WewtXD on DA. :) I hope this helped and keep up the good work.
Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. Yea I had considered doing an updated sheet for Charlie, his character will not be emoting much, he's more of a straight face followed by a dirty joke approach. But I think you're right in that it can only help.

Thanks so much for the meme site, I just bookmarked it and I'll definitely be using it soon. Ive been looking for a nice compilation of expressions, this is awesome.
Thanks Wontobe, yea I totally agree, I had rushed through shading it and this was the result. I will definately dedicate more time and try to use actual paint shades instead of dodging and burning in photoshop.
Introducing "Deb" a character concept comic sketch for "the Shitty nerds pilot episode and some quick life drawing sketches with the help of http://www.pixelovely.com/gesture/index.php. If anyone hasn't checked that site out yet I would highly recommend it, its a fantastic resource for free life drawing poses.
Fun stuff! they have a Hanna Barberish feel to them. Is this going to be a flash animation?

Some new life drawing sketches, still trying to get my drawing skills in gear to make my short film.
Excellent paintings again! The lines of these women are beautiful and elegant...
Thank you much appreciated! Heres a new one, just having fun with stick figures!
Some new character concept art.
Your work is looking good but I think you should focus on your shadow work. The shadows in this picture are not help much to pull out the characters.
