2022 Kidscreen Award Winners Announced

The annual awards strive to recognize the best in children’s TV and digital media; leading the winners was Glen Keane Productions’ ‘Trash Truck’ for Netflix, which garnered awards for best new series, best-animated series, and best holiday episode.

Winners of the 2022 Kidscreen Awards were announced at a ceremony hosted by actor/comedian Grey Griffin and sponsored by the Canada Media Fund. The event recognizes the best work in children’s television and digital media as determined by two panels of industry judges.

Awards in the Programming and Creative Talent categories were given to the following entries:

Kidscreen Awards also designates a set of awards spotlighting the efforts of broadcasters to build stronger connections with kids and family audiences around the world. Winners were decided in December via online voting by Kidscreen readers.
