Further strengthening the company's conceptualization and implementation of brand development and expression, head of creative services Elaine Cantwell announced the addition of three members to 3 Ring Circus' creative team. Enhancing the well-established creative capabilities of 3 Ring Circus, the addition of designer Dan Garcia and animators Josh Graham and Steven Dudeck will provide the company with greater flexibility and a broader perspective within the constantly evolving world of brand development. Having worked extensively in print, interactive and motion design, designer Dan Garcia will focus his talents on developing solutions that are both creatively and strategically sound, reinforcing 3 Ring Circus' brand development philosophy. Josh Graham, an After Effects artist, will work in conjunction with the creative team in bringing creative solutions to life. With a strong background in post-production techniques, Steven Dudeck will serve both as animator and 3 Ring Circus' technical lead. In making the announcement, Cantwell explained the advantages that each new member brings to the team. "Dan is adept at conceptual thinking and has an impressive understanding of how to articulate brand objectives visually," she said. "Josh has a very strong design sense and has demonstrated a unique ability for enhancing the creative vision when translating it into fully realized motion, while Steven's technical expertise will provide our entire team with an efficiency that will bring a tremendous benefit to all of our projects."
