Kathryn Hahn claws her way back as 'WandaVision's infamous Agatha Harkness in Marvel Television’s upcoming, thrice renamed, and campy-fun looking live-action series premiering September 18 on Disney+.
As far as teasers go, Disney+ has conjured up a creepy, campy, spooky, and exciting new trailer. Take a look at what’s in store in Marvel Television’s upcoming live-action series Agatha All Along. The long awaited WandaVision spinoff, which has persevered through numerous starts, stops, and name changes (Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, Agatha: Coven of Chaos), follows Kathryn Hahn’s evil WandaVision character, Agatha Harkness, as she claws her way back and sets off on a dangerous, mysterious adventure. Because of course, what witch adventure isn’t dangerous and mysterious? Showrunner Jac Schaeffer, the creative force behind WandaVision, directs the pilot episode.
The show premieres the first two episodes September 18 at 6:00 p.m. PT/9:00 p.m. ET on Disney+.
In Agatha All Along, the infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself down and out of power after a suspicious goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Agatha and this mysterious teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down The Road…
Hahn stars with Joe Locke; Sasheer Zamata; Ali Ahn; Maria Dizzia; Paul Adelstein; Miles Gutierrez-Riley; Okwui Okpokwasili; with Debra Jo Rupp, with Patti LuPone, and Aubrey Plaza. Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary Livanos, and Schaeffer executive produce. Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg, and Gandja Montiero direct.
