John Hlavin, writer on THE SHIELD, has been enlisted to write UNDERWORLD 4 for Screen Gems and Lakeshore, reports the Heat Vision blog. Director of the first two installments Len Wiseman will return again as producer alongside Gary Lucchesi and Lakeshore's Tom Rosenberg and Richard Wright.
Details of the plot are on the low down, but the film will not be a prequel like the third installment. No word on whether previous stars Kate Beckinsale or Rhona Mitra will return.
