Spain’s 'Jelly Jamm' Rolls into Canada

Vodka Capital has concluded two significant Free-to-Air broadcast acquisition deals in Canada with Télé-Québec (Québec, Canada) and TVOKids (Ontario, Canada) for their exciting new pre-school series “Jelly Jamm.”

Madrid, Spain – Vodka Capital has concluded two significant Free-to-Air broadcast acquisition deals in Canada with Télé-Québec (Québec, Canada) and TVOKids (Ontario, Canada) for their exciting new pre-school series Jelly Jamm.

Aimed at preschoolers, Jelly Jamm (52 x 11’) is a comedy series that celebrates creativity, music, fun and friendship. Jelly Jamm follows the adventures of five wacky friends who, through their comedic adventures, learn to live in harmony on the magical planet “Jammbo” – the origin of music in the Universe.

The Télé-Québec and TVOKids deals add to Jelly Jamm’s expanding international footprint of Free-to-Air deals for the show.  Jelly Jamm is currently airing in more than 150 countries as a banner property on Pay TV on Cartoonito (Turner) across EMEA, Discovery Kids in LATAM and on Free TV in Spain (Clan/RTVE), UK (Milkshake/Channel 5), Italy (Cartoonito), Turkey (Cartoon Network), Middle East (Cartoon Network Arabic).  TeleQuebec and TVOKids will premiere the show this spring adding to other spring launches which include Canal 5/Televisa in Mexico and RTP 2 in Portugal.

Jelly Jamm will be rolled out across all platforms including TV, music, toys, DVDs, merchandising, videogames, books and an innovative online edutainment website.  Current key licensing partners include Bandai as European and USA Toy Master, Big Picture for DVDs in Southern Europe, Planeta for Books in Spain, Portugal, Italy and LATAM. Turner Enterprises will be handling L&M across EMEA, El Ocho in Spain and Portugal, Televisa Consumer Products in Mexcio and Exim in the rest of LATAM.
