Stan Lee's POW! Ent., Ricco Capital and Panda Media Partners have formed Magic Storm Ent. to fund films in Asia, writes The Hollywood Reporter. Magic Storm will make its home in Los Angeles. Fidelis Ent.’s Eric Mika will serve as CEO. Gill Champion, CEO of POW!, said the first project will be announced soon.
