The festival promises nine exciting animation-filled days March 27 – April 4, 2021; Call for entries extended to October 1, 2020.
Kaboom Animation Festival is a one-stop-shop for the latest and greatest in all things animated, featuring a range of content from cutting-edge experimental arthouse to colorful stories for families and kids, catering to the animation needs of all. Due to the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 crisis, the event that was originally scheduled for November 2020 rescheduled to March 27 – April 4, 2021.
All films already submitted for 2020 are automatically eligible for the 2021 competition and do not need to be resubmitted; the call for entries has been extended until October 1, 2020. More information about submissions is available here.
