The International Video Art Festival of Casablanca (FIAV) is now accepting student submissions for its 20th edition, to be held April 22-26, 2014. The Festival's Steering Committee is looking for 2D and 3D animations, fiction movies, documentaries, audiovisual performances and installations for the Festival's Univ'Art Program, designed to promote inter-cultural exchange between students exploring the field of visual arts and multi-media.

Since its inception in 1993, the Festival has become a space for exchange and dialogue and a meeting place for many artists from different cultural backgrounds. A platform that annually hosts international artists and young contemporary artists coming from universities and art schools from all over the world, the Festival was born and organized within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Ben M’sik Casablanca, University Hassan II-Mohammedia.

Selected students will be staying in Casablanca from April 22-26, 2014, and the Festival will take care of accommodation, meals and local transportation from the airport Mohammed V and exhibition venues. Participants will be responsible for their own airfare. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2013.
