Kelsey Mann and Josh Cooley will present their upcoming animated features in-person at the special, 25th Anniversary Edition of the conference that’s taking place October 14-19, 2024, in Turin, Italy.
The VIEW Conference, Italy’s premier international event on Computer Graphics, Interactive Techniques, Digital Cinema, 2D/3D Animation, VR and AR, Gaming, and VFX, has announced that Kelsey Mann, director of Inside Out 2, and Josh Cooley, director of Transformers One, will present their films at the upcoming 25th Anniversary Edition of the conference that’s taking place October 14-19, 2024, in Turin, Italy.

Mann is the Emmy award-nominated director of Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2, the eagerly awaited sequel to the Academy Award-winning smash 2015 hit Inside Out. The new film returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone. Inside Out 2 will be released only in theaters on June 14, 2024.
Cooley is the Oscar-winning director of Paramount Animation and Hasbro’s Transformers One. Joining him is the film’s animation supervisor, Rob Coleman, who will also deliver a special presentation on the 25th anniversary of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Transformers One is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, better known as sworn enemies, but once were friends bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever. In the first-ever fully CG-animated Transformers movie, the film features a star-studded voice cast, including Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, Scarlett Johansson, Keegan-Michael Key, Steve Buscemi with Laurence Fishburne, and Jon Hamm. Transformers One will be released in theaters September 20, 2024.
